About the Teacher

LCSW, ACSW, MSW
Michael G. Mruz, LCSW is an experienced teacher in Mindfulness, a Psychotherapist for over 25 years, and a meditation practitioner in Vipassana / Mindfulness for over 20 years.
He is a Licensed Clinical Psychiatric Social Worker / Psychotherapist with advanced training and certifications in a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches including the integration of Eastern Mindfulness practices and Western Psychologies.
