Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – Individual Program

I also offer a program of individual Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction sessions, which may be more appropriate for some individuals.

This program includes:

  • An initial individual consultation and assessment of needs (separate fee);
  • A total of 15 hours of individual one-to-one sessions (10 sessions of instruction, each lasting 1.5 hours); and
  • Homework: stress reduction practices undertaken at home at least five days a week during the program period (exercises range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes each).
  • Additional individual sessions may be added to this program for an additional fee per session.

During the initial consultation and assessment, I will present a brief introduction to the program and evaluate your individual needs. This program may be undertaken separately from any other individual therapy or as an adjunct to therapy. Please  contact me for an initial consultation and assessment of needs.

Some insurance plans may cover all or part of this program fee. Refunds and pro-rated returns may be made depending on special circumstances such as illness or family crisis.
